Two figures walked down the lit path. It was well past midnight so there weren't many others. The two figures were drastically different from each other. The other was tall and large while the other was short and slim. They matched their pace surprisingly well.

Ed looked up to see if there were any stars. It was unlikely to see one in the thick industrial air, but he got lucky and saw few shining stars. Pretty, he thought. But then the stars moved. It took Ed a while to realize that the 'stars' were actually just lights from a plane. Sighing, he lowered his head and looked down at Hikari. Pretty. And she was no illusion. Hikari wasn't wearing his mask and Ed wasn't either. They still wore their fine clothes from the party that had ended not so well.

''You sure we are okay without the masks?''

Hikari nodded and shivered slightly from the night chill. "We aren't killing anyone. For all anyone else knows we are just two kids coming home from a party." She said softly. She was glad that Ed was finally understanding the importance of the masks though.

Her phone rang loudly and she picked up, her voice changing to a sultry, sexy one. "Ohhh you want me to come over baby? .... Uh huh.... Is anyone going to interrupt us? ... Oh! Uh huh. Yeah I'll be right over handsome." Hikari tossed her phone in the purse and smiled at Ed wickedly.

"Let's go kill this rich asshole and take all of his expensive things."

''That makes sense I guess'' Ed said and bobbed his head. Then Hikari's phone rang and she answered to it with a very different tone than usual. After a short conversation, Hikari suggested that they should go kill someone. Ed had no complaints for that. Food was always food. ''Okay''

After a short walk they saw a man leaning against a light post. He was well dressed and had an expensive looking watch on his wrist. ''Is that the guy?'' Ed asked and pointed at the man.
